The service
mythos is a browser-based code workspace. You describe what you want to build, an AI agent scaffolds a Vite + React or Next.js project, and a sandboxed preview runs your code in real time. Every project becomes a private repository in your GitHub organisation. You own the code.
The service is delivered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We iterate quickly and will occasionally change how features work. When we change something that affects you materially, we will say so.
Who can use mythos
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. If you are using mythos on behalf of a company or team, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms.
You are responsible for anything that happens under your account. Keep your credentials safe and tell us if you suspect they have been compromised.
Accounts
Sign in is handled by our identity provider. We never see your password. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and not impersonate anyone else.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the service at risk, or is used to build something we consider abusive (see “Acceptable use” below).
Credits and payment
mythos runs on a credit system, not a subscription. Creating a new project costs three credits. Editing an existing project costs two credits. Credits do not expire and are non-transferable between accounts.
Every new account receives a small number of free credits on signup. Additional credits are purchased in one-time packs, paid in USDT on TRON. There are no recurring charges. There are no cards on file.
Pricing changes
We may change pack prices at any time. New prices only apply to future purchases — credits you have already bought are never re-priced or reduced.
Refunds
Unused credits can be refunded to the TRON wallet that paid for them within thirty days of purchase. Used credits are non-refundable because we have already paid our upstream providers for the compute behind them. Chargebacks do not apply — all transactions are on-chain and final.
Taxes
Pack prices are stated in USDT and exclude any applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax, withholding, or otherwise). You are responsible for determining and paying any tax obligations that apply to your purchase in your jurisdiction. We do not issue tax-invoice receipts today; the on-chain transaction hash + invoice ID returned by checkout is the canonical proof-of-payment record.
Who owns what
Your content
You own everything you put into mythos and everything it produces for you: your prompts, your project files, the generated code, the git history. You may use it commercially, modify it, deploy it, and sell it. No attribution required.
When a project is created, mythos keeps private internal source history for the workspace. You can export a clean copy to a GitHub repository owned by your account or organisation, and the generated code stays yours.
Our platform
The mythos service itself — the UI, the agent prompts, the sandbox infrastructure, the orchestration code, the brand — belongs to us. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or repackage the platform as your own.
Similar output
Large language models sometimes produce code that resembles public examples because they learned from public examples. We cannot guarantee your output is original or non-infringing in every jurisdiction. You are responsible for reviewing the code before shipping it to production.
Acceptable use
Do not use mythos to build or ship:
- Content that is illegal where you live, where we operate, or where your users live.
- Malware, phishing pages, credential harvesters, or scam landing pages.
- Material that impersonates a real person, company, or government without authorisation.
- Sites targeting minors for commercial profiling, or anything that sexualises minors.
- Tooling whose purpose is to harass, dox, defame, or coordinate violence against a person or group.
- Automated scraping, crawling, or brute-force use of the mythos API beyond the credits you paid for.
We review abuse reports sent to abuse@mythos.new. Confirmed abuse may lead to account termination with no refund for used credits.
AI output
mythos uses third-party AI models to generate code on your behalf. Model output can contain bugs, accessibility gaps, security issues, outdated APIs, or language that was not asked for. You must review generated code before running it in a real environment.
We do not use your prompts, your generated code, or your project data to train AI models. We do send your prompts and a working copy of your project files to upstream providers so they can generate the response. Their retention and privacy terms are listed in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
mythos runs on top of several third-party services — authentication, data storage, AI inference, sandbox hosting, code hosting. A full list with the purpose of each lives in the Privacy Policy. If one of those providers has downtime, mythos may be degraded or unavailable. We are not liable for their outages but we do our best to communicate status and failover where possible.
Copyright claims
If you believe something hosted through mythos infringes your copyright, email legal@mythos.new with: a description of the work, a link or screenshot to the allegedly infringing material, your contact details, and a good-faith statement that you own the rights or are authorised to act on behalf of the owner. We investigate and respond in accordance with the DMCA and equivalent regimes. Repeat infringers have their accounts closed.
Uptime
We aim for high availability but we do not offer an uptime SLA on any plan. Planned maintenance will be announced when we can. Unplanned outages happen. If the service is down long enough that you cannot use credits you already bought, contact us at support@mythos.new and we will make it right.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, mythos and the people who operate it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. That includes lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost opportunities, and reputational harm — whether or not we were warned about the possibility.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred United States dollars, whichever is larger.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify mythos against claims, damages, and legal fees that arise from your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of someone else’s rights using code you generated through mythos.
Ending the relationship
You can delete your account at any time from account settings. When you do, your projects are scheduled for deletion after a short grace period so you can change your mind or export the data. Repositories we created on your behalf can be transferred to a GitHub account you control before deletion.
We can terminate or suspend your account if you break these terms, put our infrastructure at risk, or use mythos for something listed under “Acceptable use”. When we do, we will say why unless there is a legal reason not to.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where mythos is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and we agree to resolve disputes first through good-faith negotiation. If that fails, disputes are settled through binding arbitration before a single arbitrator. Either side may still seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property or stop an ongoing breach.
General provisions
- Severability. If a court finds any clause unenforceable, the rest of the terms still apply.
- Whole agreement. These terms plus the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and mythos and replace any earlier understanding.
- No waiver. Choosing not to enforce a term once does not mean we give it up forever.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may assign the terms if the business is acquired or reorganised.
- Force majeure. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our control, including infrastructure outages at upstream providers.
Changes to these terms
We update these terms when the service changes in a way that affects them. When we do, we change the “Last updated” date at the top and, for material changes, notify active users by email or in-product banner at least thirty days before the new version takes effect. Continuing to use mythos after that means you accept the update.
