About this template

Stillday is a wellness and lifestyle blog template for essays about everyday life, places and making things. A photograph and introduction share the opening panel, followed by six featured stories. Warm cream surfaces, rounded cards and Merriweather headings give the journal a recognisable style on phones and larger screens.

Twelve complete sample essays are organised into Wellness, Travel, Creativity and Growth. Four fictional contributors and original generated photographs show how a small publication can hold several voices. Replace them with your writing, authors and images.

Best use cases

Personal lifestyle blogs. Publish observations about home, local journeys and creative practice, with a clear introduction to the person behind the writing.

Independent wellness publications. Bring personal essays and everyday experiences together, with bylines that help readers understand whose perspective they are reading.

Creative journals and small editorial teams. Give each subject a category page and each contributor a biography, while keeping the publication easy to browse.

Features

Twelve complete reading pages. Each article includes a cover image, author, date, estimated reading time and related stories. Readers can copy its link or share it through Facebook and LinkedIn.

A searchable archive. Search covers titles, summaries, tags, author names and article text. Four category filters and dedicated category pages offer another way into the collection.

Light and dark themes. Readers can change the appearance while the article grid adapts to their screen. Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn links appear in the introduction and footer; replace the sample destinations with your own profiles.

Pages beyond the articles. About, Authors, Contact and Style Guide introduce the journal. Privacy and Terms provide starting text to adapt to your publication and the services you use.

Forms connected to your own database. Connect Supabase through Mythos and apply the included setup to save newsletter addresses and contact messages. Entries are validated, duplicate signups do not add subscribers, and public visitors cannot read stored submissions. Missing connections and failed requests have distinct messages. Newsletter delivery, unsubscribe handling and contact notifications need separate setup.

Search and sharing metadata. All twenty-four content pages have readable HTML, individual titles, descriptions and sharing images. Articles include structured data. Set the final domain and enable indexing to generate canonical URLs and a sitemap; review copies remain non-indexable by default.

Local fonts and responsive WebP images are included, with descriptive alternative text and smaller image files for narrow screens.
